The TRIPLE TASTE KITCHEN restaurant is serving a variety of dishes to domestic and foreign customers by preparing optional traditional dishes such as Asian, Mongolian, European and Uzbek according to modern technology and standards.
Banshtai and Bortstoi Tsai (cooked meat dumplings and dried meat in Mongolian milky tea soup) have been included in the UNESCO list of sustainable food recipes. Banshtai Tsai is translated as milk tea with dumplings. The simple Banshtai Tsai is hot salty milk tea with meat dumplings. However, the traditional ingredients of Banshtai Tsai can include meat dumplings, lamb ribs, lamb tail fat, rice or millet, and also some dried meat, similar to jerky. This hearty meal is considered by many (mostly Mongolians) as mind blowing and considered as a nutrient rich, delicious, filling comfort food especially on cold rainy days. Elderly nomads also swear by Banshtai Tsai with 7 dumplings can be a cure for anything.
